Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping baskett. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Basket' and click on 'Proceed to Secure Checkout' You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. 

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term in the case that we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.

Please note

When ordering from outside of the UK, please do not order items marked for UK shipping only - please ask for a delivery price first. If items are ordered and then cancelled a 15% charge will be deducted from the refund price to cover for Bank and admin charges.

Shipping And Handling

We charge a flat rate  (*see below) per order to cover postage and packing.

Channel Islands £6.79 (Includes Recorded Delivery)

Europe £11.95

Worldwide £14.95 (includes Overseas Signed For)

We reserve the right to charge extra postage for heavy items or to cancel the order.

VAT

VAT (20%) is included in all prices and is charged on all purchases made within the European Union. Please note for Worldwide purchases the VAT amount is deducted at the checkout before payment is made.

Delivery Schedule
 We will normally send your order to you in 7 business days so long as the items are in stock.

International orders generally take a few days longer.

If an item is not in stock we will contact you with an estimated revised delivery date. This may only be a few days - but can be longer if our supplier is also waiting for new stock to arrive.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. items must be returned in the original condition. Return postage will not be refunded. We reserve the right to charge a restocking a fee.(typically 15% of purchase price)
